Description

This Laguiole Aubrac chef knife with pistachio wood handle will be useful for all your cutting needs thanks to its versatility: cut meat, fish and vegetables with ease.

It is very pleasant to hold, thanks to its slightly curved shape that fits perfectly in your palm. You can use it whether you are right or left handed.

Combine it with a 10 cm paring knife (for meticulous tasks such as peeling and delicate slicing) and a 15 cm kitchen knife and you have a complete range of blades!

About pistachio wood...

Known substantially more broadly for its eatable nuts, the wood of Pistachio trees is remarkably lovely, however not regularly seen or utilized in wooden articles. Similar as Olive trees, Pistachio trees are substantially more important on plantations for their food creation, and are for the most part esteemed for their wood.

Heartwood tone can be exceptionally factor, from a light olive green to an orangish or purplish brown, often with hazier brown to dark stripes. Light yellow/dim sapwood is tolerably wide and is outlined from the heartwood.
