Description

This Laguiole Aubrac chef knife with ebony wood handle will be useful for all your cutting needs thanks to its versatility: cut meat, fish and vegetables with ease.

It is very pleasant to hold, thanks to its slightly curved shape that fits perfectly in your palm. You can use it whether you are right or left handed.

Combine it with a 10 cm paring knife (for meticulous tasks such as peeling and delicate slicing) and a 15 cm kitchen knife and you have a complete range of blades!

About ebony wood...

The signature color of ebony wood is black or black/brown with fine, clearly visible stripes, which lend the wood a particularly striking texture.

Processed ebony has a very smooth surface. In addition to these aesthetic qualities, ebony also offers a number of interesting physical properties.

This rare fine wood has a high density, is very strong and age-resistant, which makes it an excellent choice not just for decorative applications, but also for areas in which wood needs to withstand a lot of wear and tear – in knife handles, for instance.
