Description

The Spreading Knife – is one of the most widely used cheese knives, exactly as the name suggests: for spreading. Use it with a soft cheese like goat cheese or for the creamier varieties of Brie and Camembert.

Soft cheese knife – also known as a fork pick, this is a versatile cheese knife that allows you to cut a piece of cheese and then pick it up with the forks on the end to serve. The narrow blade provides minimal surface area so soft cheeses don’t stick.

Slicer – The wide rectangular blade is designed to cut hard and semi-hard cheeses from comté to beaufort and is ideal for cutting these types of cheeses into cubes.

About Mineral Stone:

This handle is a mixture of turquoise stone powder (85%) and resin. It is a material that is much easier to work with than pure stone, which would break at the slightest piercing.

Turquoise is a semi-precious stone. It takes its name from its origin, meaning "stone from Turkey". Its characteristic color is azure blue. Turquoise has been used for more than 8000 years, its first known use dates back to the Egyptians.

Malachite is a semi-precious green stones that form not too far from the Earth’s surface. It were first found in Egypt and Israel around 4000 BC.

Larimar is found in only one place in the world - one square kilometer (approximately ½ square mile.) in the mountains above Baoruco in the Dominican Republic.
