This individual cutlery set includes 5 pieces of cutlery with zebu horn tip handles. Decorated with the famous bee and the famous Laguiole en Aubrac logo, it is handcrafted in France in the historical area of origin.

The steel is a high quality 12C27MOD stainless steel, specially designed to maintain a sharp blade, high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance. The olive wood used for the handles is also top quality.

Each steak knife, fork and spoon is made from start to finish by a single knife maker. Laguiole en Aubrac is recognized as a “living heritage company” for the excellence of its know-how.

Zebu horn possesses thermoplastic properties, enabling it to soften and become malleable when heated. This quality allows it to be bent, shaped, and molded into various forms, creating the distinctive pressed horn products in our collection. This technique is applied primarily to the lower part of the horn, while the tip remains unique and valuable.

In its raw state, zebu horn has a rough, dull surface. However, after sanding and polishing, the horn acquires a smooth, glossy finish, revealing its true colors. Although zebu horn can exhibit a wide range of shades, it is typically a light creamy hue, often streaked with white, brown, or black patches. The combination of versatility and unique aesthetic makes zebu horn a popular choice for creating captivating and functional items.
