This 12 cm Laguiole knife features a full handle made from highly figured poplar, without bolsters to interrupt its organic flow. The wood is dark and dramatically veined, revealing sinuous grain patterns that shift with each movement of the hand. Finished in a soft satin polish, it offers both warmth and intensity to the touch.
The bee, sculpted in a stylized modern form, is defined by elongated, curved wings that wrap around its body, suggesting a moment just before flight.
