About Nougatine Ivory:
The design of this model incorporates small fragments of mammoth ivory, seamlessly integrated within a transparent resin. Its distinctive appearance draws a parallel with the renowned French confection, nougat.
Mammoth ivory originates from the tusks of various mammoth species, members of the extinct Mammuthus genus. The woolly mammoths, the last species of this genus, vanished around 4000 years ago.

Engraving examplesHow to use a Laguiole en Aubrac Sommelier Corkscrew:
Remove the capsule: Use the serrated blade of the sommelier to cut the capsule around the neck of the bottle.
Clear the cork: Locate the center of the cork with the sommelier's corkscrew. Insert the tip into the center of the cork and turn it clockwise to drive the screw in three-quarters of the way.
Extract the cork: Place the lever on the neck of the bottle, hold it with your hand, and gently pull the cork upwards by pulling on the sommelier.
