This Laguiole knife is handcrafted in the Laguiole en Aubrac workshop. The handle is made from natural ram horn bark, the outermost layer of the horn, known for its rugged surface and unique coloration. With tones ranging from light blonde to dark gray and organic textures throughout, each handle is a one-of-a-kind expression of nature.

No two pieces are alike — some are pale and smooth, others dark and deeply textured — giving each knife an unmistakable identity.
This model is equipped with an 11 cm Damascus blade forged in Balbach stainless steel, delivering an organic and ever-changing pattern in the steel.
