This Laguiole knife is entirely handcrafted in the Laguiole en Aubrac workshop. Its handle is made from natural buffalo horn, carefully polished to reveal deep black tones with possible golden or brown highlights. Each handle varies slightly in texture and color, making every knife truly unique.

- Shepherd’s cross on the left side of the handle.
- Two hand-guilloché double liners and polished stainless steel bolsters.

Originating in ancient India and spreading across the Middle East, this technique involves layering steels with complementary properties, forge-welding them under heat, then repeatedly folding and hammering the metal.
