The handle is made from a mixture of stone powder (85%) and resin, making the material easier to work with compared to pure stone, which can easily break when drilled through.

Engraving examplesHow to use a Laguiole en Aubrac Sommelier Corkscrew:
Remove the capsule: Use the serrated blade of the sommelier to cut the capsule around the neck of the bottle.
Clear the cork: Locate the center of the cork with the sommelier's corkscrew. Insert the tip into the center of the cork and turn it clockwise to drive the screw in three-quarters of the way.
Extract the cork: Place the lever on the neck of the bottle, hold it with your hand, and gently pull the cork upwards by pulling on the sommelier.
