With a handle carved from Olivewood, each Laguiole knife is a unique piece, its irregular grain encased by polished brass bolsters. The forged spring is decorated with a raised bee, and the Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade has an internal stop to shield the edge and an automatic lock system for secure opening.
