This 24 piece Laguiole en Aubrac flatware set with its zebu horn tip handles, decorated with its famous bee, is handmade in France in the historical area of origin.

Each knife, fork and spoon are considered as objects that will be transmitted from generation to generation at the time of their elaboration. They are therefore meticulously crafted from start to finish by the same conscientious and meticulous knife maker. There is no assembly line work.

About Zebu Horntip:

Zebu horn possesses thermoplastic properties, enabling it to soften and become malleable when heated. This quality allows it to be bent, shaped, and molded into various forms, creating the distinctive pressed horn products in our collection. This technique is applied primarily to the lower part of the horn, while the tip remains unique and valuable.

In its raw state, zebu horn has a rough, dull surface. However, after sanding and polishing, the horn acquires a smooth, glossy finish, revealing its true colors. Although zebu horn can exhibit a wide range of shades, it is typically a light creamy hue, often streaked with white, brown, or black patches.
